The public meeting will be held on August 5th, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Township of Amaranth Municipal Office located at 374028 6th Line, Amaranth.

Online Credit Card Payments Now Available

The Township of Amaranth now offers a convenient way to pay your property taxes, water account, building permits, dog tags and municipal invoices online using a credit card with our secure payment provider (fees apply).

What You’ll Need:

19-digit roll number (found on your property tax bill)

Customer number, invoice number or building permit number located on your invoice

The amount you wish to pay

A valid credit card

Note: When paying using a credit card a convenience fee will be applied to the payment amount.

Bike Roadeo

August 12th, 2026

Bike Roadeo: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

BBQ: 6:00pm

The Township of Amaranth is excited to welcome the Orangeville Optimist Club, Emergency Services, and Dufferin OPP as they bring the Bike Safety Roadeo program to our community. This fun, interactive safety event is free and open to all children in Dufferin County.

Following the Bike Roadeo, participants and their families are invited to stay and enjoy our free Community BBQ as we celebrate the Township of Amaranth's 172nd Anniversary. While there is no cost to attend the BBQ, we encourage guests to bring a non-perishable food item or make a monetary donation in support of our local food bank.

Bike Roadeo registration is required, as space is limited.
