Date and Time Issued: March 24th, 2022 3:30 p.m. The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is terminating the combined Flood Warning/Flood Watch message previously in effect. A Watershed Conditions Statement – Water Safety is being issued for the entire Grand River watershed due to the unsafe conditions in local waterways. Date and Time Issued: Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is updating the combined Flood Warning/Watch message for the Grand River watershed. Date and Time Issued: Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 4:15 p.m. The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing the following combined Flood Warning/Watch message for the Grand River watershed due to the anticipated runoff from snowmelt and the continued potential for ice jams.
