The Multicultural Flag was raised today at the Township of Amaranth Municipal Office. The Township proclaims June 27, 2023 as Multicultural Day in the Township. The Township supports an inclusive and respectful community where all citizens can live, work and play in a safe environment. By participating in the flag raising the Township sees an opportunity to: prevent discrimination; promote awareness; acceptance of every person; and develops a relationship where all members of the community reside.
