June is Bike Month! Climate Action in Dufferin, Sustainable Orangeville, and Cycling Elements are challenging you to get on your bike and participate in a self-guided scavenger hunt! Get active, enjoy the outdoors, and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions while exploring the bicycle-friendly spaces and features in your neighbourhood. 

Throughout the month of June, participants will be challenged to discover 10 Scavenger Hunt items throughout Dufferin County. Submit your photo, or, a written description, of each item to Join in Dufferin to earn entries into a draw to win a Biking Prize Pack from Cycling Elements and a $50 gift card to the shop!

How to Play

1) Be sure to review the Cycling Safety Sheet before you hit the road or trail.

2) At your own pace, throughout the month of June explore Dufferin by bike and try to locate as many of the 10 Scavenger Hunt items as you can.

3) Once located, take a photo of yourself and/or your bike with the item and submit to joinindufferin.com/bikemonth. No camera? No problem! Submit a short description of where you found the scavenger hunt item instead.

For each submission you earn 1 entry in the prize draw. Find all 10 Scavenger Hunt items to earn 10 entries into the draw. Entries will be accepted on a rolling basis from June 1 - 30th.
