Change to Council Meeting Times

Council of The Township of Amaranth has amended the Procedural By-Law to change Council meeting times.

The regular meetings of Council shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month and at 9:00 a.m. on the third Wednesday in each month unless otherwise changed by Council.
Interested persons may express their comments in writing or via e-mail to the Municipal Clerk. Such written comments will be brought before Council.

UTOPIA, Ontario (April 11, 2024) – Landowners are invited to apply for the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority’s (NVCA) 2025 tree planting grants before next winter.

A low pressure system is forecast to move through the Grand River watershed beginning Thursday, April 11 through Friday, April 12, 2024, bringing as much as 40 to 50 mm of rain.
